2018 School of Chamber and Business Management

Thank You from USBC President Ron Busby

The USBC's 8th annual National Conference took place July 26th-28th, serving hundreds in the Black business community including Black entrepreneurs, business leaders, Congressional Representatives and Chamber leaders. USBC President Ron Busby released the following statement:

"Eight years ago we set a distinct goal to bring together Black entrepreneurs and Black Chambers of Commerce from across the nation to arm them with business education and resources to facilitate growth in their businesses and chambers.

To date, we are still the only national conference committed to supporting both Black entrepreneurs and the ecosystem of African American Chambers of Commerce.

With the help of our board of directors, staff, partners and sponsors, we continue to provide conference attendees with a robust experience including workshops led by highly knowledgeable Chamber leaders; insightful armchair discussions with notable business leaders like Donna Brazile, Michael Eric Dyson, Dia Simms and countless others; and an invaluable match-making session for attendees to meet directly with our

C-Suite corporate partners to identify business opportunities.

As the voice of Black business owners, it is our mission to support and advocate for our nation's Black-owned businesses and Black chambers of commerce. As we conclude this year's 8th annual conference we are thankful for another impactful conference. Thank you to all whom made this year's conference extremely successful."

The USBC takes great pride in uniting Black entrepreneurs and Black Chambers of Commerce from across the nation to collectively work towards the distinct goal of growing both Black-owned businesses and Black chambers. We invite you to join our membership of thriving Black entrepreneurs and chambers of commerce.
